Chaeiri Ahlam, Author
Born in Tangier in 1979, Ahlam Chaieri continued her secondary studies at Lycée Regnault then joined the Rabat Faculty of Medicine where she obtained her Doctorate in medicine. She specialized in anesthesia and resuscitation in France within the Assistance Publique des Hôpitaux de Paris, then returned to practice in Morocco in the private sector in 2011. Having kept very close ties with her colleagues in the public sector, she asked to participate in the field in the intensive care unit care of patients suffering from COVID-19.
Passionate about literature, she has written since a young age in an effort to understand the world and herself.
Inspired by the impact of the current pandemic on her personal and professional life, she is today publishing her first collection of poetic texts, where introspection and observation combine to give us her perception that is both intimate and universal.
