How to send us your book project?

Well done! You have finished writing your book and are looking to publish it. Why not ?

The Digital Art Publishing House supports you:

Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1 You write your book

  • Send us your project in Word Times New Roman 12 pts or in PDF
  • by e-mail to the following address, m.editionartnum@gmail.com
  • or make an appointment by telephone at 06 61 33 99 89 to give us a physical version of the documents necessary to produce your book.

Your book must be accompanied by your photograph, biography, bibliography and the synopsis of your work. We then acknowledge receipt of your documents by email and submit them to our reading committee.

Step 2 We sign a contract
The committee's response varies between 2 weeks and 3 months.

  • Either answer in the negative, without motivating our refusal
  • Or offer to support you in the self-publishing of your book and allow you to benefit from our à la carte expertise (corrections, rewriting, professional advice on layout, etc.)
  • Either sign an author's contract (you have full rights) and you take charge of the publishing. Either sign a contract in partnership with our publishing house (you partially have your rights) and you agree to purchase a minimum quantity of books at a preferential price.
  • Either signing a contract on behalf of a publisher (we have the copyright in return for the risk we take in publishing your book, and you do not have to pay anything).

Step 3. We make your book
Upon receipt of your signed contract,

  • We are starting our work on text and image corrections, layout and graphic charter creation. We have set up collections, your book will be integrated into one of them.
  • You will then receive a proof that you must validate.
  • We follow the printing and finishing process.
  • We will give you a deadline for the release of your book.

Step 4. We broadcast

  • The distribution of your book will be the subject of another contract in parallel.
  • We take care of the administrative procedures (ISBN, legal deposit).
  • We sell your book in our Souk'Artnum store as well as through our partners.
